We maintain highest level of secrecy while conducting an investigation. All checks conducted by us are discreet in nature unless the client decides otherwise (E.g. implementing vendor compliance).

It is ensured that field staff doesn’t have any knowledge about client as concentration remains on subject/ prospect.  

Access to data residing in administrative systems and applications at Tattv Consulting is granted only to those individuals who must, in the course of exercising their responsibilities, use the specific information.

However, such data may be shared with government security agencies in case of matters pertaining to national security.

Legality: Is it legal to conduct background verification check?

Yes, every employer has a right to practice due diligence while hiring a candidate so that former's rights & interests are protected. Of course, the process is legal provided it is conducted without inflicting any physical/ emotional/ professional/ financial harm to the subject. In other words, verifying an individual's credential is lawful provided the process adheres to law of the land.
